It’s provided a safe and supportive space where my children and I could start to learn how to be a family again after being apart for a number of years.. We’d all been through various traumatic events and changes in the intervening years and the holding, and yet unobtrusive, presence of the volunteers enabled us to feel secure enough to begin trusting in our ability to heal and grow together again.

I wanted to extend a thank you to both you and the staff who work at the centre, for being accommodating in making arrangements and for working hard to ensure my child’s  best interests were being met.

The centre has been able to provide a safe space for my daughter to see her father, whilst giving me assurance that she was in safe hands. I felt the venue itself was secure and my daughter had enough space to enjoy her time there. Overall, the centre has succeeded in working as a stepping stone for contact to continue independently.

 

Thank you for the support and generosity you have shown to us. It has provided a safe environment for x to meet his mother. An impartial environment that allows their relationship to grow.
